Delivery & pickup
Everything leaves Mikocheni. Delivery inside Dar es Salaam is a flat fee; upcountry goes by bus parcel and you pay the bus fare when it arrives. Pickup is free.

Pickup in Mikocheni
Regent Street, Mikocheni B, Dar es Salaam. Mon–Sat, 10:00–18:00. Choose pickup at checkout and we send the gate number and a map pin on WhatsApp once payment lands. Message before you set off so the piece is out and pressed.
How to pay
Place the order first — you will see these numbers at checkout and again on your confirmation. Send the exact total, then we confirm on WhatsApp before anything ships.

Add your name or a reference when you send it — there is an optional field at checkout for exactly this, and it saves us matching payments by hand.
Returns
Unworn, tags on, within seven days. Message us first so we know it is coming. Return transport is yours; if the piece was wrong or faulty, it is ours and we cover the courier both ways.
Holding your order
When you place an order the piece comes off sale straight away and is held for 24 hours while you pay. If we hear nothing it goes back up — message us if you need longer and we will hold it.
